Basic Bird Standard 2-hour creative party Choice of: painting, collage, tote bag ($5 PP additional charge), resin jewelry ($5 PP additional charge), or terrarium building ($5 PP additional charge).  $45 per person $450 minimum

Deluxe Bird 3-hour social creative party Extra hour to sip and socialize Choice of: painting, collage, jewelry, tote bag, ornament ($5 PP additional charge) or tea towel printing ($5 PP additional charge), or terrarium building ($5 PP additional charge)  $50 per person $500 minimum

Ultimate Bird Deluxe full service 3 hour party. Includes boutique catering and service  Choice of: painting, collage, jewelry, tote bag or tea towel printing ($5 PP additional charge), or terrarium building ($5 PP additional charge)  $75 per person   $750 minimum

Party Policies

We keep it simple and flexible — here’s what to know:

• A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due to secure party date and time.
  
  

• Deposits are non-refundable and can only be applied toward a future event if changed before 14 days of party date.
  
  

• Loss of deposit will occur if party is cancelled one week prior to the event date.
  
  

• Host can change party package up to 14 days before party date. No party package changes can be made one week prior to party date without incurring an additional fee.
  
  

• Additional services may be added subject to availability.
  
  

• Final party balance is due the day of party in one payment form by the host.
  
  

• Tips are not necessary, but always appreciated.
  
  

• Host may arrive 30 min. early to set up party.
  
  

• All guests that attend the party are counted towards the final count and balance, with the exception of parents and grandparents accompanying children for kids’ birthday parties.
  
  

• Guests cannot select more than one art or craft option. Change of art option 7 days before event will result in $50 fee. Customization of party art theme is $100.
  
  

• Guests arriving late may have to be rushed in order to accommodate the studio's schedule.
  
  

• Accommodations cannot be made for decorations that will hang off the walls or ceilings. Additional decorations may be used on food, gift, and art tables. Display easels are available for your use.
  
  

• Guests must bring their own plates, napkins, and serving ware. We only provide cake knife and server, mason jars for drinking, and ice bucket. Additional serving ware can be provided at an additional cost. Serving ware is included in adult catered party options.
